Two teams from our Lower Sixth were excited to take part in our recent trip to Canterbury Christ Church University for this year's Industrial Cadet Gold Award two-day workshop. With the support of their mentor from Leonardo, both teams from WHSB have been working on their engineering projects, alongside other schools taking part.

Our teams took the opportunity to make use of the specialist equipment available to develop and test their designs. They will now continue working on producing a prototype of their ideas before their deadline at Easter, when their projects will be put forward and presented by the students to a panel of industry experts and professionals.
