Congratulations to our pupils on their outstanding performance in their GCSE examinations in 2025. They achieved a highly impressive 56% of all grades at 9-8 with 75% of all grades at 9-7, and a record-breaking 29% of all GCSE examinations received the top grade – grade 9. This is an exceptional performance from our pupils, placing Westcliff High School for Boys among the top performing schools in the Country.

We have many pupils who have performed at an exceptionally high level. 70% of pupils achieved 8 or more 9-7 grades, and 26% of pupils achieved 12 9-7 grades. A remarkable 46% of pupils achieved 8 or more 9-8 grades. Seven pupils achieved an astounding 12 grade 9s including Muktadir, Sai Shubam, Logan, Elliot, Karmanya, Abdullah, and Oliver.

These outstanding results reflect the hard work and commitment from the pupils. We also congratulate and thank our staff for the excellent teaching and support they have provided for our pupils.
