Westcliff High School for Boys take part in the annual Warhammer 40,000 National Schools Tournament at Warhammer World in Nottingham

This term, ten students represented Westcliff High School for Boys at the annual Warhammer 40,000 National Schools Tournament at Warhammer World in Nottingham. WHSB has an excellent reputation for success in Warhammer tournaments and this year is no exception. Congratulations to Upper Sixth students Elliot and Finlay for achieving first and third places respectively, out of fifty competing participants. Congratulations also to Upper Sixth student George for winning the 'Best Painted Army' award - a notable feat considering the many hours George spent painting his army.

For our seven Upper Sixth students who competed, this is their last School tournament, which has ended on a high. We wish them all the best with the continuation of their Warhammer hobby within the Warhammer Societies at their chosen universities.

We congratulate all our entrants on their achievements and would like to thank Mrs Lo-Whitford and Mr Wightman for organising the School's entry to the tournament and for ensuring the smooth running of the day.
