Bollywood comes to Westcliff High School for Boys

Bollywood comes to Westcliff High School for Boys on Friday 16 June, hosted by award winning dance choreographer and entertainer Jay Kumar. Jay, with his charismatic personality, has many television appearances under his belt, and almost twenty years of experience. In recognition of his services to both dance and the community in Greater London during the pandemic, Jay was awarded the British Empire Medal in the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Birthday Honours list in June 2022.

Join parents, pupils and staff for a fun-filled evening of dancing to DJ Music, Bollywood dance routines (participation optional!), a three course Indian buffet meal, and a chance to meet up with others in the School community. Doors open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start, and guests will be greeted with a complimentary welcome drink.

To raise funds for the School, there will be a ‘pay’ bar selling both alcoholic and soft drinks, together with a luxury prize raffle. Also available on the night will be a henna artist and a fun photo booth to capture the moment, plus prizes for the best dressed guest!
