Congratulations to Rory (Lower Sixth) who will serve as the Lord Lieutenant’s Cadet for 2024-2025. FSgt Rory, lead Cadet of the CCF's RAF Section at WHSB, has gained this prestigious position having been nominated and following a highly competitive process, in which many applications were received from across the county of Essex. His appointment reflects his outstanding service to the CCF at the School.

We are proud of Rory’s impressive achievement and we wish him well with his new responsibilities, as he has the honour of supporting the Lord Lieutenant at her public engagements. Rory was officially presented to the Lord Lieutenant at a formal reception at Ingatestone Hall on Thursday 21 March 2024.
